| I bought an expensive out-of-production DVD on ebay. Paid via PayPal. The seller had delivery confirmation, that could only specifically detail the DVD was delivered within my zip code, no signature or address confirmation. Because he had SOME proof it was shipped/delivered I was SOL. He took it personally that I filed a claim. I felt it was my right as a consumer to report I didn't receive something I paid for. The end result was I should have paid extra for insurance, which wasn't offered at the time but would have been possible had I pushed. I lost $50. I still like PayPal, you've just got to figure out its limitations and either accept them or move on. Also using CC for PayPal is your last option for getting your cash if something goes bad...
